Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 15.06.2016 and 08.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner and grant suitable appointment on compassionate grounds under the applicable Government orders and rules within the time period stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 15.06.2016 and 08.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner and grant suitable appointment on compassionate grounds under the applicable Government orders and rules.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representations on 15.06.2016 & 08.06.2023 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2016 & 08.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
