2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the complaint has now been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Thenkarai Police Station, Theni District and the enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the Inspector of Police, Thenkarai Police Station, Theni District is directed to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
