PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to grant separate patta in the name of the petitioners based on the petitioners application dated 03.09.2025 in Application No.2025/0105/24/768880 and by considering the representation dated 16.09.2025 within a time may be stipulated by this court. ORDER

By relying on patta No.398 in the name of the petitioners mother and registered partition deed dated 27.10.2015, the petitioner had applied for issuance of separate pattas. The present writ petition relates thereto. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of within three months.
