The learned Counsel appearing for the appellants/writ petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the writ appeals as the issue between the parties has been settled amicably and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the endorsement made, both the writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
