JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The Writ Appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, by which the writ petition was dismissed by holding that the petitioner has secured less marks than the cut of marks fixed at 70.6.

2.As the facts are not disputed, we are not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. Hence, this Writ Appeal is liable to be dismissed.
