O R D E R

The writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in T.R.No.2022/27/21/001081SD dated 06.08.2022.

2. The impugned order came to be passed transferring the patta standing in the name of the petitioners without notice to the petitioners.

3. The principles of natural justice requires a notice to be served upon the petitioners in the event of transfer of patta, which is standing in their name.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent fairly concedes that no notice was issued before transferring the patta standing in the name of the petitioners.

5. In the said circumstances, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the first respondent, for the purpose of 3/5

hearing the petitioners, after giving notice to the concerned parties. The parties can agitate their grievance before the first respondent.
