2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District once in 15 days at 10.30 am., until further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
