O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to conclude the revision dated 31.07.2024 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by the second respondent in Moo.Mu.No. 829/2023(A3) whereby confirming the order dated 16.02.2023 passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No. 7857/2022/A-1/27/07/2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law on the basis of the representation dated 16.11.2024. 2.Considering the fact that the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order of punishment imposed on him has been pending consideration from 31.07.2024, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 31.07.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
