This Court directed the respondent to receive rent. On such receipt, the petitioner's revision shall be numbered and heard in accordance with law. Since the respondents have not received the rent this contempt is filed. 1/4

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has received the amount. Therefore, consequential order passed by this Court is complied with. Since the respondent has returned the Review application, the petitioner shall resubmit the review application before the concerned appropriate authority. The appropriate authority is directed to number the Review application and the same shall be heard, in accordance with law.
