ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner got married to one Dinesh Jaya Singh on 16.09.2020. A female child was born on 02.05.2022. Their marital relationship has come under strain. Matrimonial proceedings are pending. The child is with the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the original name of the child was D.Katelyn Anna. The petitioner states that behind her back, the name of the child was changed as D.Regina. 3.The petitioner is therefore permitted to submit a fresh representation before the third respondent. The third respondent will issue notice to the petitioner's husband. If the name change had taken place in the meanwhile without notice to the petitioner, the original name 2/4

shall be restored. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
