Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 19.11.2025, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand only) and he has filed a Memo dated 27.11.2025 to that effect and also produced the copy of the receipt. The above said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
