detailed and fair inquiry by considering all original records, prior title documents, and earlier representations by the petitioner strictly in compliance with natural justice and proper statutory procedure. O R D E R

An order dated 13.01.2025 of the Tahsildar is assailed in this Writ Petition. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file an appeal before the third respondent and that a direction may be issued for the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He points out that the statutory appeal lies against the order, as indicated in the order itself.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

i. The petitioner is permitted to file an appeal against the order impugned herein before the third respondent.

ii. If such appeal is filed within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the third respondent is directed to receive and dispose of the same on merits, without going into the question of limitation, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt thereof. A reasonable opportunity shall be provided to the petitioner and the pattadars concerned before issuing a speaking order.

iii. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
