ORDER
The petitioner seeks the transfer of the investigation in Crime No. 286 of 2025 from the file of the third respondent to some other independent or specialized agency like CBI or CBCID of Dindigul District.
2.Though the prayer in the petition is for transfer of the investigation, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent may be directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the investigation shall be monitored by the second respondent. 2/4
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
