PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry and consequently take action against the 4th respondent who harassed the petitioner and his family based on the representation dated 07.10.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry and consequently take action against the fourth respondent, based on the representation dated 07.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that initially, on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and that the petitioner would not be called for an enquiry any more. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent police, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known law.
