ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first Respondent to issue NOC for the Petitioner's spa, in the name and style of 'Osmosis Spa in Hotel Blossem', Tiruchirappalli, under the partnership firm, namely Rudhra Ayurvedha, in the light of the proceedings of the third Respondent in Na.Ka.No.H9/8666/2023(mai) dated 15.11.2023 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner sought permission for renewal of the licence of spa. The same was not considered by the Respondents. Therefore, he had approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition (W.P.(MD) No.31257 of 2023).

3.By way of reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the Tamil nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, directions were issued to the Authorities concerned for grant of licence or renewal of licence. In this case, the intelligence report is awaited. Based on the said directions, further proceedings will be taken up.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Respondents are directed to dispose of the Petitioner's petition favorably within the reasonable period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 03.01.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No mm 3/5
