This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint of the third respondent dated 20.12.2023 made to the second respondent, based on the representation of the petitioner, made to the first respondent dated 21.12.2023.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd Respondent, the 2nd Respondent Police conducted enquiry and registered the F.I.R and the Petitioner herein is arrayed as A2 and he had also got anticipatory bail.
