Prayer in Crl.MP(MD)No.23/2024 :- The Criminal Miscelleneous Petition is filed u/s 438 r/w 482 of Cr.PC.to extent time limit of this Hon'ble court order in Crl.OP. (MD)No.12543/2023 dated on 12/07/2023 and pass such further order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.12543 of 2023 The Criminal Original Petition is filed u/s 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the learned Special Court for the Exclusive Trail of SC and ST Act Cases, Theni to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on merits in Crime No.179 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent No.2 Police Station. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscelleneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.A.Abdul Kabur, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed seeking extension of time limit granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12543 of 2023, dated 12.07.2023.

2.As per the order of this Court, dated 12.07.2023, the Petitioner was directed to surrender and file bail application. Since he could not surrender, as he was unable to get sufficient number of sureties, he filed Crl.M.P(MD)No.14739 of 2023, which was allowed and sufficient time was granted. Still he was unable to 2/4

surrender and execute bail bond. Hence, he had come before this Court by filing this Petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that this is the fourth Petition seeking extension of time and he opposed to grant further time to the Petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, one month time is granted to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned and no further time will be granted. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
