By relying on a final decree in O.S.No.425 of 1971, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 19.09.2025 seeking a subdivision, separate patta and UDR correction. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the second and third respondents would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents 2/4

to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2025 within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons who would be affected by such order.
