ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) W.M.P(MD)No.22615 of 2025 filed seeking to file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee. 2.This Writ Petition is filed by four individuals seeking a Mandamus directing the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry/R1 to conduct a detailed enquiry and take action against R2 and R3 for filing a false vakalathnama in O.S.No.619 of 2013.

3.The petitioners have made a representation dated 01.09.2025 before R1, seeking the same relief as prayed for before this Court. 4.Mr.K.R.Laxman, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice for R1 states that the complaint has been well received and has 2/4

been numbered as complaint No.506 of 2025. He assures the Court and the petitioners that necessary action will be taken on the averments made in the complaint in line with the principles of natural justice and in accordance with law. This is recorded.

5.In light of the same, there is no necessity for any further orders from this Court, except fixing a time frame of six months for disposing of the aforesaid complaint.
