Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that even though he filed chief and affidavit on 10.10.2022, it has been repeatedly adjourned for cross examination. Even now cross examination is not over.

3. In view of the above said circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to complete the enquiry process within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
