The present civil revision petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2022 in an early date and within the time frame fixed by this Court. 1/3

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent shall stand dispensed with. 3.Considering the suit was taken up for trial as early as in the year 2022, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Kovilpatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
