PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13103 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13103 of 2025, dated 25.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.13103 of 2025, dated 25.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report 2/4
