2. It is brought to our notice that the District Collector passed an order on 17.11.2025 instructing the local body to remove the un-authorised construction. It is further stated that the un-authorised construction was removed on 18.11.2025.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, the contempt petition is closed.
