Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in his service by considering the representation dated 09.09.2025 with all other monetary benefits and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in his service by considering the representation dated 09.09.2025 with all other monetary benefits.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record a communication dated 19.09.2025, wherein, the petitioner had been imposed with a punishment of treating his suspension period as punishment and a proposal has also been sent to the 1st respondent herein to re-appoint the petitioner.
3. In view of the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the proposal of the second respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
