Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.4718/2022 Sa.Pa. dated 20.07.2023 and quash the same. Heard both sides.

2.The order passed under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act is appealable before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies. The petitioner is granted liberty to exhaust the said remedy. If the appeal petition is filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. The petitioner can also file an Interlocutory Application for interim relief. The said Interlocutory Application shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks thereafter. The impugned order shall be 2/4

put up hold and kept in abeyance for a period of ten weeks from today. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
