This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court is modifying the order portion in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17745 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025, that (i) paragraph No.6, shall be substituted as follows: "6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, and on further conditions that :- .

(ii) 'To address" shall be substituted as follows" "To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur."
