ORDER
[Judgment of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN.,J.] This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam, in Crl.M.P.No.420 of 2025 in Cr.M.P.No.200 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025.
2.Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRT) and further, there is no perversity, illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam, in Crl.M.P.No.420 of 2025 in Cr.M.P.No.200 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain this revision petition.
