O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent No.1 to re-engage the petitioner as Block Resource Person in accordance with the Judgment rendered by the Honble Madras High Court in the order passed in W.P.No19335 and 18552 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 and the order passed by the Honble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in W.A.(MD)No.1367 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive mandamus, it is to be noted that she had also made a representation to the respondents for the very same reason on 07.10.2025 relying upon the judgment of the Division Bench in W.A.(MD)No.1367 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024.

In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2025 by considering the judgment relied upon in the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
