ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) of I.P.C. in Crime No.469 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein borrowed a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- from the defacto complainant and promised him to get a job in the Government Department. Thereafter, the petitioner did not get any job to the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant asked the petitioner to repay the amount. However, he refused to repay the amount. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the intervener. He vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is pending.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offences, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
