O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai to expedite the trial in O.S.No.282 of 2012 and to dispose the same expeditiously. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

3. On 04.01.2024, a report was called for from the learned Additional Sub Jude, Pudukkottai as to the reason for the pendency of the suit in O.S.No.282 of 2012. The learned Additional Subordinate Judge (FAC), Pudukkottai, has sent a letter dated 11.01.2024, wherein it is stated that after carrying out amendment, the suit was dismissed. I.A.No.156 of 2021 was filed for restoration and after restoration of the suit, an amendment petition was filed and the same was returned due to some defects.

4. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Additional Sub Court, Pudukottai, to follow the direction issued by this Court in R.O.C.NO.984/2015/RG/B5 dated 25.02.2016 and comply the same.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
