O R D E R

This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 28.11.2024 and his subsequent reminder dated 16.05.2025 for providing police protection to take his belongings from his premises in which his is a tenant.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and closed that the petitioner had already approached the concerned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C and an enquiry was conducted on the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate and a closure report was filed.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the direction as prayed for cannot be issued. Thus, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
