Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. C2/15212/2010, dated 27.04.2010 passed by the 1st respondent and the impugned History Sheet at No. 178/2004 or at any other number on the file of the 2nd respondent Police Station and quash the same and further direct the respondents to pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of compensation.
