This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner however would submit that the respondents 1 to 3 have not communicated the result of the enquiry conducted on the petitioner's representation. 2/4

4.Hence the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner forthwith.
