JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 09.02.2011, made in W.P.(MD)No.12290 of 2010.

2.Factually nothing survives in the writ petition. The Writ Petition has been filed by the appellant as a mistake has crept in the mark sheet issued to her by showing her as absent. Now it is submitted by both sides that the said mistake has since been rectified.

3.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that consequently the date of registration in the exployment exchange is to be reckoned from the date of the appellant passing the examination.

4.We are afraid the said contention cannot be countenanced. The mistake has not been committed by the employment exchange. Though it is a unfortunate incident, in the absence of any legal right for the appellant as against the employment exchange, such an order cannot be passed, more so,when all others who got registered are not before this Court.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Appeals stands dismissed. No costs.
