ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first Respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the Petitioner to run a Spa ie., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of 'GRAND PHOENIX WELLNESS SPA' at D.No.2-435 and 2-435-A, Old Courtallan, Ayiraperi Post, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner sought permission to run the Spa. The same was not considered by the Respondents. Therefore, he had approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition (W.P.(MD) No.29 of 2024).

3.By way of reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the Tamil nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, directions were issued to 2/5

the Authorities concerned for grant of licence or renewal of licence to run the Spa. In this case, the intelligence report is awaited. Based on the said directions, further proceedings will be taken up.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Respondents are directed to dispose of the Petitioner's petition favorably within the reasonable period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per the directions issued in Tamil nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary and the Tamil Nadu Local Body Rules, 2023.
