The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court 1/3

has already granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22518 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner is unable to furnish the sureties in time and now, the petitioner has filed the present Anticipatory bail petition.

2. It appears that the petitioner has not complied with the directions issued by this Court. The petitioner has filed an Anticipatory Bail Petition instead of Extension Petition. Though the petitioner filed another Anticipatory Bail Application, this Court is inclined to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22518 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022.

3. Accordingly, time is extended in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22518 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022 for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
