These Criminal Revision cases are filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the order dated 03.10.2012, in Crl.MP.Nos.1282 and 1283 of 2011 in C.C.No.24 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli, and set aside the same.

2.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that copy of the online case history is filed. The learned counsel for the respondent further represented that the main case in C.C.No.24 of 2011, is disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli.

3.In view of the above, these Criminal Revision cases are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
