ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.419 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506 of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and the same is yet to be taken on file.
