After submitting an appeal before the first respondent regarding the issuance of patta to the second and third respondents herein, the petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the first respondent. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the appeal would be disposed of within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In these circumstances, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.
