ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day and the order of the Court dated 09.03.2015 and made herein and the letter dated 29.06.2015in D.No.2345of 2015 from the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti and in the presence of M/S.R.

SURIYANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.ARUMUGAM for M/s.Ajmal Associates on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Court directed the learned District Munsif, Aundipatti, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2009 on or before 30 June 2015.

2. The learned trial Judge now wanted three months to dispose of the said suit.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submitted that the matter is now posted for arguments.

4. The learned trial Judge is granted time till 15 September 2015 finally for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2009.

5. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted at any cost. The Registry is directed not to entertain any application for extension.
