ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 128 days in representation of the C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.96080 of 2023.

2.It is stated that the third respondent passed away. Since the legal heir of the third respondent is already on record, notice is not necessary. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.
