O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.12.2023 and to receive and register the document related to the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.103 & 104 in Thondi Village, Karaikudi, Ramanathapuram.

2. Earlier, on 10.01.2024, based on the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court passed the following order:

"Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. He would submit that the petitioner has not presented any document before the respondent for considering his request. Hence, the petitioner is directed to produce the relevant documents before the respondent for considering his case."

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions would submit that as per the direction issued by this Court, the petitioner has not appeared before the authorities for presenting the papers. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is left to the petitioner, to approach the authority concerned for getting appropriate orders.
