ORDER

The learned counsel on record appearing for the petitioner stated that he has handed over the bundle to Mr.M.P.Senthil, Advocate, at the request of his client. Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel has acknowledged the receipt of the bundle and submitted that he has instructions to appear for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent stated that the parties have settled their dispute amicably out of Court and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel representing both sides requested this Court to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition as infructuous.
