ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Sale deed dated 02.05.2025 was executed in favour of the writ petitioner. The document was presented for registration. The registering authority declined to register the document in view of Section 22-A of the Registration Act. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner through her counsel gives an undertaking that she will not develop the petition mentioned property for housing or any other kind of development without getting the approval of the competent authority. The said undertaking is recorded.

4.In view of the undertaking, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed and the writ petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document.
