ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to issue a direction for speedy disposal of I.D.O.P.No.511 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the above said I.D.O.P. 1/3

was filed in the year 2020. The respondent has also entered appearance and filed her counter. Now it is posted for enquiry. From the year 2022 it is pending without any progress.

3.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, to expedite the enquiry process in I.D.O.P.No.511 of 2020, pending on his file and dispose of the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
