ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to file a Final Report in Crime No 80 of 2025 on the file of respondent police and include other additional accused and amend the charges as per the order dated 19.06.2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 3997 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Madurai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai on 19.07.2025.

3. If it is the case of the petitioner that the respondent police have not complied with the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, in the order passed in Crl.M.P. No. 3997 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025, the petitioner shall approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to seek appropriate remedy.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
