ORDER

The petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the day to day work of the petitioner and his co-workers.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the dispute is between the two groups of people as to who should run the Sangam and that the respondents are not interfering in the said dispute. He would further submit that pursuant to the earlier direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4824 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, an enquiry was conducted and both the parties were advised to seek appropriate remedy before the competent Court.

3. The petitioner has not furnished any details as to how the respondents are interfering with the day-to-day work of the petitioner's Association.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be granted. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
