ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to seeking a mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.10.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for a direction to respondents 3 to 6 to commence the laying of new road after removing the existing road.
2. It is his contention that the roads are not being laid in this manner, as a result of which there is flooding into his house, as the level of the road is higher than the level of the house.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit with photographs that the road is being laid only after removing the top layer of the existing road.
4. Considering the fact that the request of the petitioner has been acceded to, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 28.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes gbg
