ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits, provided the petitioner complies with certain conditions.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and thereafter, the respondent police shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
