O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned closure report dated NIL issued by the third respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection for fencing the petitioner's land and to give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
